Colorado Couples Session on 35mm Film | Keylan + Kris

Keylan and Kris decided to elope in Colorado just the two of them, but wanted to document their trip with a post-wedding session in the Indian Peaks Wilderness. Despite it absolutely pouring when we met up, the afternoon thunderstorm let up just in time for us to catch a brilliant rainbow and the most beautiful skies. Nothing was going to keep these two from celebrating their new marriage! We spent the evening exploring the area while swapping stories, keeping an eye out for the many moose that call the area home, and marveling at the beauty that surrounded us.

Keylan and Kris made the decision to have their post-wedding session documented with digital and 35mm film photos, a decision that I adored! According to Keylan, “We added film to our experience to capture our most important day and wanted a whimsical feeling to our photos. Bailey captured perfect moments in film that are perfect snapshots of our relationship. The film photos add a classic nostalgic feeling and a romantic tender depth. I treasure these photos!”
