Ali + Tom were dreaming of a quintessential fall elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park, and boy did Colorado deliver!
The bride and groom spent a slow morning getting ready with family at the cutest Airbnb before sharing their first look in the backyard, their loved ones cheering them on from a distance.
We all formed a caravan and headed into the park. After a short hike, Ali + Tom shared their vows with Longs Peak in the background and their family surrounding them. They shared a few dances, popped some champagne, and signed their marriage license, making it official!
After lots of hugs and tears, we headed off on our own to hike to one of the prettiest alpine lakes in the park – Dream Lake.
Typically, fall colors would have been finished by the time their wedding day came, but thanks to a late fall we had last year the leaves were poppin’ and we enjoyed the most colorful hike!
They marveled at the beauty around them, shared a quick post-hike snack, and made it back down the mountain in time to listen to the elk bugle at sunset!
We finished the evening back at their Airbnb with a special dinner made by Granite Table Chef.
Ali + Tom’s wedding day is proof that fall in Colorado is always a good idea!
