In summer 2015, I visited Musana Community Development Organization, in Iganga, Uganda. Our team came along side the teachers and staff there to host a Vacation Bible School for 650+ children. While I was there I was encouraged by the way Musana empowers vulnerable people with hope and dignity. They highlight that every human being has the capacity to be the change in their community. Musana is the true inspiration behind my desire to let people's light shine (Musana means "sunshine" in their local language).
