Small Wedding in Grand Lake | Rachel + Eric

Rachel and Eric’s small wedding in Grand Lake, CO was intentional, personal and so meaningful. Even though it was a smaller affair with only close family and friends present, these two put so much intentional thought into what was important to them. Like how Rachel hand-made the rose quartz belt that she wrapped around her waist. Or how Rachel was careful in how she planned her day to get ready with their family, have them present at the ceremony, head off on a mini-adventure just her and Eric, and then return back to their cabin to continue the celebration. One of my favorite moments was after their ceremony, each of the people that was present grabbed a handful of dried lavender flowers and tossed it as the newly married couple walked through a tunnel of lavender!

Grand Lake, CO is one of our favorite hidden gems! It still has old mountain town charm that so many other areas of the Rocky Mountains has lost. Best thing? You can reserve this beautiful ceremony location for free and have a small wedding in Grand Lake! Second best thing? Grand Lake is the gateway to the more wild, less-crowded side of Rocky Mountain National Park. So after you celebrate with your close family and friends, we can head off on a mini-adventure into RMNP for some spectacular views!
