Spring Elopement in Breckenridge | Selena + Kelvin

Kelvin + Selena’s relationship has been full of adventure from the very start.

The duo met during their study abroad semester in Hong Kong and got to know each other as they explored new cities all over Asia. They officially started dating while they were on a trip to the Philippines and got engaged during a hot air balloon ride over New Jersey.

So cool, right?! 

On their wedding day, they threw tradition out the window. They tenderly helped each other get dressed as Kelvin buttoned up Selena’s dress while she straightened his tie.

Once they were dressed to the nines, we donned a pair of snowshoes and hiked out to a gorgeous snow-covered overlook near Breckenridge where they shared their vows, put a ring on it, and officially became Mr. + Mrs! 

After popping a bottle of celebratory champagne, we made our way to Lake Dillon where they poured some tea and drank from their “double happiness” mugs, a nod to their shared Chinese culture.

Wanting to include their families, we made a pit stop back at their rental to warm up with some wedding cake and show off their new bling to their loved ones via facetime.

We ended the evening up at the very top of Loveland Pass as the mountains turned pink with alpenglow, soaking up the last bit of light of their wedding day.
