Twin Lakes Hiking Elopement | Serena + Victor

Serena and Victor first met at Hobby Lobby after they both had recently moved to Colorado. Over the course of four years they bonded over their shared love of food, beer, music, movies, hockey, board games, and Star Wars. 

The day of their elopement, Colorado decided to show them alllllll the weather we could possibly get in one day! As we began our 4 mile hike to an abandoned mountain resort, we made our way through fog and sleet. The couple shared their vows as it began to snow before heading into one of the only buildings to warm up with some sandwiches and a round of cribbage! 

Once the sun decided to make an appearance, we spent some time watching a herd of elk stroll through the meadow, and witnessed the most breathtaking view as the clouds parted to let the mountains peek through. 

The entire day was spent taking things slow and soaking up every moment as it happened. It  was such a privilege to be able to capture the love between these two!
