Winter Boulder Elopement | Victoria + Kacey

We planned Victoria and Kacey’s elopement in 6 weeks – but filled the day with love and intention​​​​​​​​​
Kacey was Victoria’s statistics tutor in grad school where they met for the first time. Victoria then came to the U.S. from their home country of Taiwan to continue her studies – but her and Kacey stayed in touch and would meet up whenever she returned home.

Eventually, Victoria asked Kacey to move to the U.S. with her and in November they decided to officially get married.

On an unusually warm November day, these two got ready in their friend’s home, had a short and sweet ceremony with them and Victoria’s daughter and then they set off on their own mini adventure for the rest of the day.

We hiked to a peaceful overlook with no one around where they shared their own private vows. Then ended the day with sunset and lantern photos at some of my favorite places in Boulder. Proof that you don’t need to spend months and months planning for a perfect day – you just need to know you’re marrying the right person and do what feels right.
